Among the young crowds, perhaps the great attraction of Mykonos is its very active nightlife, probably the most vibrant in the Cyclades islands. There are numerous bars and clubs to be found and explored making Mykonos almost a 24 hour Party destination - if you are looking for the 'Party all day' type holiday, Mykonos should be high on your shortlist!

To rest awhile from the Partying, visit one of the beautiful beaches that Mykonos has to offer. When you manage to escape the beaches and the parties you will perhaps explore some of the history of the island - there is a great deal to discover with parts listed as a UNESCO World heriTAGe site.

Just a few of the most popular landmarks of Mykonos with tourists include the Mykonos windmills; the famous Church of Panagia Paraportiani and the district known as Little Venice. Some of the other attractions here include a couple of museums - the fascinating Archaeological Museum and the Aegean Maritime Museum.
